Edmundo Gonzalez oversees all new development projects for Cross Regions in the North Florida Market. His responsibilities begin with working with the pre-development head to ensure a project’s feasibility and continues throughout the development timeline including overseeing all construction projects.
Prior to working with Cross Regions, Mr. Gonzalez co-founded Urban Partners and Urban Partners Construction in 2002 and 2007, respectively, which he continues to maintain ownership in. Urban Partners and Urban Partners Construction have successfully developed and built over $100 Million in projects throughout Northeast Florida. Before Urban Partners, Mr. Gonzalez served as Senior Developer for Dayco Holdings and Senior Project Manager for The Related Group of Florida, one the largest privately held multifamily developers in Florida. During his tenure at those two companies, Mr. Gonzalez worked on the construction of over 1,700 multifamily units across various garden-style, mid-rise and high-rise developments. In addition to his work experience in the United States, Mr. Gonzalez has worked for two multinational real estate companies in London, UK and Madrid, Spain.
Mr. Gonzalez graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in Finance. He is also a licensed general contractor.
