As Chief Operating Officer I provide management, leadership and vision to ensure the organization meets its short-term and long-term objectives. I help create enduring policies and a company culture that strengthens operational efficiency and generates revenue. I assess and enhance the efficiency of internal and external operational processes as well as mentor and inspire employees to key into the vision of management.
