In 2007, David Started his own commercial real estate development company. He was directly in charge of land acquisition, design, construction management, leasing and tenant relations.

As a developer, his company built several neighborhood retail shopping centers in Northeast Florida. David joined Colliers International in 2011 lending his tremendous experience, knowledge and understanding of various aspects of commercial real estate. At Colliers International, David has created an established and successful Investment Department.

In 2014, David launched the Cross Regions platform where honesty and solid business principles are the foundation of his new company and the number one asset that David Ergisi brings to his clients and business partners.
